A clear statement of this policy is issued to all stakeholders.
This policy is the basis for the development of ICT at whole school level (SMT) and Departmental/Faculty level (Middle Management).
Within each faculty/department the Faculty Head/Head of Department is responsible for ensuring the effective overall management of ICT.
Each classroom teacher is responsible for maximising the use of available ICT to support effective learning & teaching.
All staff will be regularly consulted about their ICT development needs and actively supported in meeting them through appropriate CPD
SMT will consult with MMF/CST/SST to ensure that appropriate ICT resources are made available throughout the school, subject only to the availability of finance.
